The team at Hotel Arts & Restaurant Konoba
Our experienced team around Chef Olaf Ille and restaurant general manager Freia Troidl, who have been with us since the beginning, dominates the world of delicious cuisine. Since its opening by Ante Karacic in 2007 in Waghäusel- Kirrlach, it has been true to the Dalmatian tradition while also keeping up with current culinary trends. This is also continued in the “new” Konoba.
Our newest member of the team is Daniela Majic. Our hotel is in excellent hands thanks to her many years of hospitality experience. The trained hotel administrator was event director at the Holiday Inn in Walldorf, assistant hotel director at Walkers Hof in Reilingen and has been successfully running her own event company.

Your host, Ante Karacic, was practically born with hospitality in his blood and has many years of experience to show for it.
